We had the wonderful pleasure of photographing Ali & Tathir as they tied the knot in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania this summer. This wedding was first of two destination weddings we were blessed to be covering this summer and what a blast we had!!!
The name, Dar es Salaam is Arabic for "Haven of Peace" and what a gorgeous Haven it was!!! I am sure you will agree from the pictures below!
AH Portrait Photography is a complete state of the art photographic studio that blends vision, style and bold imagery together with powerful lighting techniques to capture the true essence of a subject. Ali's aptitude for staging as well as putting the couple at ease is his strongest quality. He is a photographer who not only captures the beauty and uniqueness of every couple's special day but details and moments that might otherwise be missed.

Imtiyaz & Samiha
I had the wonderful pleasure of being presented with an opportunity to shoot Imtiyaz & Samiha's Wedding in Orlando, FL.
Even though I had never met the couple prior to the wedding (since i live in NY and they are in FL), we had spoken quite a bit over the phone to make sure both of them had a good idea of exactly how I will be going about shooting on their wedding day. Managing customer expectations is key for me because I want to make sure I not only meet my customer's expectations, but i exceed them. After seeing the final pictures, the smiles on their faces was my reward that I had exceeded their expectations.
This is truly why i love my job. I not only get to be part of one of the happiest days in a couple's life but i get to freeze those moments and capture them as artistically as possible so they can treasure them for the rest of their lives.

Abbas & Sabiha's Destination Wedding
As our second destination wedding of the year, capturing Abbas & Sabiha's wedding memories was truly an honor. I think its clearly evident from the pictures that this surely looks like a match made in heaven!
